Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you took possession of the goods.

Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including the delivery costs for a standard delivery. The refund will be made within 14 days of receiving your declaration of withdrawal. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any additional costs.
The refund may be delayed until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have sent the goods back, whichever is the earlier.
You are obliged to return or hand over the goods immediately and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract, to SMART VENTURES GmbH, Eduard-Bodem-Gasse 5-7, A-6020 Innsbruck. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
